Where are you located?

We are based in Indianapolis, IN.

Sales Tax

We only collect Sales Tax (7%) on Indiana orders. We do not collect taxes for any other state.


We normally ship via standard UPS or FedEx Ground. We offer free normal Shipping & Handling anywhere in the Continental United States.

We welcome APO/FPO orders. If you have a military address (APO/FPO) outside the Continental United States, we can ship to your address via U.S. Mail for the actual amount of postage. Sorry, we can not quote the exact amount of postage prior to shipping. However, we will not add any additional handling. It will only be what the postal service charges for the shipment.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are also welcomed. We will handle these orders the same way as APO/FPO orders. We will only charge you the postage amount. Second day UPS can also be arranged to Alaska and Hawaii but keep in mind that it can be very expensive. Additionally, we can ship to barge terminals for Alaska if you make the arrangements and are accustom to this form of shipping. However, since the shipment will then be in the hands of a secondary shipper we can't be responsible for the condition of the product upon arrival.

We no longer ship to foreign countries (unless you have a APO/FPO address.) All prices on our site are in US dollars.

Faster shipping on domestic orders can usually be arranged for an additional fee. We normally recommend the three day economy service. However, second day and next day services can also be arranged. Be aware that next day service on luggage can be quite expensive. And please note that upgrading the method of shipment does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order--it only reduces the travel time. You can contact us at

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with a product or simply changed your mind, you may return any product (except for discontinued items) within 30 days from time of receipt. We won't charge you anything and your account will be credited fully minus shipping costs. We only ask that the product be in a new condition (no signs of use allowed) and if possible packaged in the original box (so save the box). It is a good idea to inspect and test out your luggage when you receive it. If you need to return a product, contact us for instructions. You will need a return authorization number. You must contact us for this number before returning any products to insure that you receive credit for your return. We will refuse any returns without this number. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. No exceptions.

What are the airlines' Carry-On Baggage requirements?

Carry-on bags must fit under the seat or in an overhead compartment. Carry-on restrictions do vary but generally you want to stay with a bag that measures around 21" x 14" x 8". The maximum size carry-on bag for most airlines is 45 linear inches (the total of the height, width, and depth of the bag). Check with the airline(s) you generally fly for their restrictions. They do vary. You can usually find details on the airline website. Also be sure to look at the Checked Baggage Allowance for the airlines. Oversized and overweight luggage can cost you a great deal extra. Many standard pieces are now considered oversized. The following links are provided for you convenience:
